Dr. Jinqiang Zhang

Jinqiang received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia in 2018, under the supervision of Prof Guoxiu Wang. Since then, he has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the same research group. His previous work mainly focused on the design and synthesis of functional organic molecules and single-atom catalysts in lithium-oxygen batteries and electrocatalysis applications. He joined the Sargent group as a postdoctoral fellow in April 2021 to explore electrochemical CO2 capture and reduction.
