Dr. Stefan Zeiske

Dr. Stefan Zeiske is a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University. He earned his Ph.D. in Experimental Physics from Swansea University (United Kingdom) in 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Paul Meredith and Prof. Ardalan Armin. His doctoral research focused on the optoelectronic characterization of charge-generation and recombination processes in organic solar cells and photodetectors. Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Zeiske joined the Sargent Group at Northwestern University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in November 2023. His current research focuses on semiconductor device physics, with particular emphasis on microelectronics and colloidal quantum dot-based photodetectors for next-generation optoelectronic applications.
